Adds verification-harness to Tools & Utilities.
Author here (transparent self-submission). It's a curated public snapshot of a live Claude Code setup built around verification: 13 named validation gates in CLAUDE.md (fabrication hard-block, arithmetic re-execution, prompt-injection isolation, execution-claim audit, recurrence prevention), trust grades on load-bearing claims, heterogeneous multi-model cross-verification workflows (Gemini/Groq/OpenAI CLIs), a supply-chain INTAKE pipeline for third-party skills, and a regression eval loop. English README with architecture; most inner docs are Korean.
